Gin Mare is a premium gin produced in the small town of Dorada on the Spanish coast. It is inspired by Mediterranean flavors and embodies the lifestyle of Mediterranean countries. It has a very distinct aroma and taste. It is made from traditional herbs such as juniper, hot orange peel, lemon peel, cardamom, coriander and atypical ingredients such as Arbequin olives, basil, rosemary, thyme and tangerine. All these herbs, except citrus, are macerated 300 days prior to distillation, macerated for 24 hours in neutral cereal alcohol and then again individually distilled and subsequently blended into bottles.
